Oh, yeah.. that's the one....
I'm usually happy enough using it in a simple (some may say ghetto) combo of just pineapple juice and the schnapps (very tasty)... and I'm talking the cheapy cheap frozen pineapple juice not some hoity toity juice. Yup, it's just that tasty! But if you want to combine it with something else so that it can actually be considered a cocktail, you may want to try this...
FUZZY BANANA (from my super fav drinksmixer.com)
2 parts Orange Juice
1 part Banana Schnapps (I have a deep affection for 99 Bananas)
1 part Peach Schnapps
Mix all ingredients together in either a glass or pitcher, depending on the number of people you would like to serve. (Again, that's the beauty of using "parts"; they're more proportions than specific amounts.)
