Something Blue....

It's official, this little darling is going to be a Mrs!! (yay!)

So, in honor of the occasion, I'm going to need a little something blue....

BLUE DREAM (from food.com)

2 ounces blue curacao

2 ounces coconut rum

2 ounces pina colada mix

whipped cream (optional)

Pour the Malibu coconut rum into a pina colada glass over ice. Add the pina colada mix and blue curacao; serve unstirred to see color difference, stir when ready to drink. It's very pretty. Serve with whipped cream on top if you wish.
